Rothco G.I. Sierra Sole Military Boot Tan

Reproduction of the American desert boot, here with a bit of padding in the shaft and a "sierra-profiled" sole pattern. The sierra tread is a common sole pattern that is suitable for a wide range of climates, but typically where the ground is fairly firm. Not mud, snow or sand. Therefore, the boot is also padded a bit more, making it more suitable for temperate climates than the original desert boot. Please note that the boot does not have a waterproof membrane. This increases the breathability of the boot, but means that the boot is not waterproof. The boot has removable insoles so that they can be replaced as needed or when worn.
