Returns and refunds

If you wish to exchange an item for a new size, color og just a different item, please ship back the item within 30 days of reception of your order.

Please follow this guide

1. If you want an exchange

All return orders will be refunded to the payment method used on purchase. If you would like to exchange for another product, size or color, please place the new order online now. You can also wait until we have refunded your return order. Please remember to add the return form in the package.

2. If you want a refund

You must ship back your return order within 30 days of reception. Once we received your return order, we will make a refund to the payment method used on purchase, for the items received within a few days. Please remember to add the return form in the package.

3. What is the return cost?

You have to return the items at your own cost. Return it any way you like to:

Please note: If you live outside EU, please contact us before the return!

We process all return orders within 7 days of reception in our warehouse

Partly returned
If you only return part of the original order, we will not refund the shipping costs.

Full return
If you return the whole order, we will refund you the shipping cost for the cheapest shipping method available at the time of the purchase.

If you have not heard from us within the 5 days of reception of your return order, please check your unwanted/spam folder in your mail account and contact us on service@army-star.eu if you're still missing the confirmation for reception.
