How to find your size:
1. Choose a shirt that fits you well.
2. Lay it flat on a smooth surface.
3. Measure as follows:
- Chest: Measure from armpit to armpit and double the result.
- Waist: Measure across the bottom edge and double the result.
- Shoulder Width: Measure between shoulder seams.
- Back Length: Measure from top of the collar to the bottom hem.
- Sleeve Length: Measure from shoulder seam to cuff edge.
4. Compare your measurements with the chart to find the best fit.
Recommended size by height and weight:
- 170–178 cm / 65–75 kg → Small
- 178–185 cm / 75–85 kg → Medium
