How to choose the right size
Recommended method: Measure the insole of a pair of shoes that fits you well.
- Take out the insole from the shoe.
- Measure the length in millimeters from heel to toe.
- Compare with the “Internal length (mm)” in the table above.
Alternative method (if the insole cannot be measured):
- Place a piece of paper on the floor against a wall.
- Stand on the paper with your heel against the wall.
- Mark the length of your longest toe.
- Measure the distance from the heel to the mark in millimeters – this is your foot length.
- Choose a size where the internal length is 5–10 mm longer than your foot length.
If you are between two sizes, we recommend choosing the larger one.
