We use UPS & Postal services when shipping our products. You may choose which method of shipping you wish to use when paying for the product.
We normally ship products within 1-3 weekdays, however the actual timeline is always displayed when you have chosen the size and colour of your product. If we cannot ship the product within the given period of time, we will let you know as soon as possible by sending you an email.

Track & Trace
If your order has been shipped as a package, you will receive a Track & Trace number at the email address you used when ordering the product.
Remember that you need to have your name on your mailbox in both cases. Should you still not receive the package, we recommend you to contact our customer support.
You can either have your package delivered directly to your private address or to your workplace. The delivery location depends on your chosen address when placing your order. If you are unsure of your options and how they may affect you, please contact our customer support.
