  • Which methods of payment do you accept?

  • When do you deduct money from my account?

    If you payed with a payment card, we will deduct the money the day we ship your order from us. The amount will in many cases be shown as reserved on your account immediately. You can find this on your online bank account, and the amount will be shown as “not available”.

  • How can I be sure shopping online on your website is secure?

    If you pay with a payment card, you are always protected against fraud. When you type in your personal data when ordering, the information is automatically encrypted (SSL) and neither Army Star nor any third party will be able to read it.


  • Which delivery options do I have?

    We deliver to almost all countries. Please proceed to checkout and type your complete address the see the final cost of delivery. If your delivery country is not available, please contact our customer service on and we might be able to open up for delivery to your country.

    The cost depends on where you live and it is calculated based by your address, especially the postal code, so please make sure this is 100% correct. The final price will be shown on the shipping method it self and the order resume in the right side of the checkout.

    You can choose shipping to a private or business address.

  • What is the delivery time?

    We use the term "shipping time", as supposed to "delivery time". 

    When you are looking at an item and choose the colour and size you want, a estimated time of shipping will be shown above the purchase button. If it says 1-2 days, it means that the item is available in our stock and we will send it as soon as possible. If it says more than two days, we will have to receive the item from our supplier first. We ship all orders as soon as we can, and UPS delivers all orders within 5 working days.


  • Can I pick up my order at your warehouse?

    No, we do not have a physical store. We are an online webshop only.

  • Do you have a Track and Trace number on my order?

    You will receive a shipping confirmation as soon as your order is packed. Later during the afternoon or evening you will receive a tracking number in a seperate email.

    If you have not received this within 24 hours after the shipping confirmation, please contact us at

  • I have received my Track and Trace number, but I can not find any information online

    Please be aware that you only will be able to see the shipping information of your order AFTER the carrier man has scanned your package into their system. This usually happens the same evening when you receive your Track and Trace number.

    Please note that the package might be sent the following day (after you receive your Track and Trace number), especially if you received the tracking number after 3 PM.

  • Can you change my delivery address?

    If the order is not yet packed, we will be happy to help you change the delivery address. Please call +45 88 27 67 87 as soon as possible, and we will do our best to help you.

  • Do you deliver on Saturdays?

    No, unfortunately. We can not offer this, as none of our carriers do.


  • My credit certificate does not work. Why?

    You should type in the number on your credit certificate before proceeding to checkout. If your credit certificate does not work, it may be because you have tried proceeding to payment but then have returned to your shopping basket. In this case, your credit certificate will be locked for roughly an hour. We recommend you to wait 1 hour, and then try to proceed to checkout again, or you are welcome to contact our service center on +45 88 27 67 87

  • How do I exchange or return an item I have already received?

    1. You have to fill in the note you received with your order.

    3. When we have received your item(s), we will automatically notify you 1-2 working days after 

  • Have you received my returned item(s)?

    We handle nearly all returned items the following day after having received them. However, in busy periods it can take up to 14 days from when we receive it until we can help you. We handle all items as soon as we can.

    If you have sent your returned items as a package, you can check your Track and Trace number and check if we have received it or not. However, you should always receive an email as soon as we have handled your package.

  • Can I personally deliver items I want to return at your office?

    No, it is not possible for you to return your order personally at our office.

  • Why is the money still not back in my bank account?

    You should expect it to take 2-5 working days before you can see the amount back in your bank account after you received the email notification from us. If you used a Mastercard or similar cards, you may have a credit agreement which says that the money only will be available the following credit period (following month). You should contact your bank if you have any questions about this.

  • How long do I have to return or change items?

    You have 30 days where you can choose to return or change items, and the days start counting from the day you receive your package. You can choose to either get your money back or change the item.


  • How can I contact you?

    We are available all working days by email, phone or live chat 10.00-12.30 & 13.30-15.00 (CET+1). Please contact our service center here. We strive to answer all inquiries within 12-24 hours.
