Rothco Rain poncho in Ripstop

Military-style poncho made of polyester ripstop with PU coating. The poncho has 2 buttons on the side to prevent the poncho from flapping in windy conditions. The hood has a drawstring to adjust the opening. In the corners, the poncho has riveted metal rings that allow it to be stretched out as a bivouac.
