Rothco G.I. Type Combat Boot – 9 Inch

The Rothco Combat Boot is a classic military-inspired boot designed to provide stability, comfort, and durability under demanding conditions. The boot is made from top‑grain cowhide, the upper layer of cow leather known for its strength and durability. This type of leather ensures the boot withstands daily use and maintains its shape over time.

To extend the lifespan and maintain the quality of the leather, we recommend regular care with Rothco Sno Seal, which protects and maintains the leather so the boot can last for many years.

The boot features a 9‑inch shaft (approx. 23 cm from sole to top of the shaft), providing ankle support and protection against uneven terrain and small debris. This height is typical for tactical and military boots while still allowing flexibility in movement without compromising stability.

Construction and comfort

The boot is built with Goodyear‑welt construction, where the sole is stitched to the leather upper, offering added durability and the possibility of resoling if needed.
