Rothco Flightsuit

The Rothco Flightsuit is a military-inspired coverall that combines durable materials with practical functionality. Made from a 55% cotton and 45% polyester blend, it provides a comfortable and authentic feel. Reinforced shoulders and underarm vents add durability and breathability during use.

Design and Details

– Two-way front zipper for easy on and off
– Adjustable waist tabs and hook & loop wrist cuffs
– Leg zippers at the bottom for ventilation and improved fit over boots
– Three hook & loop panels for name tapes, flags, or patches

Pockets

– 2 slanted chest zippered pockets
– 4 zippered leg pockets
– Utility pocket with pen holder on the left sleeve
– Additional snap-button pocket for small items

Use

How to measure:

Chest: Measure across the front from armpit to armpit and double the value.
Sleeve Length: Measure from the shoulder seam to the wrist.
Inseam: Measure from crotch seam to bottom of the leg.
Torso Length: Measure from top of shoulder over the chest and down to the crotch.
