Rothco CWU-45P Pilot Jacket

American pilot jacket from the U.S. Air Force. The Rothco CWU-45P is a replica of the jacket currently issued to American pilots. The jacket is kept as close to the original version as possible. With the exception that Rothco's version is not made of the expensive flame-retardant Nomex material, but rather nylon. The jacket's dense nylon outer layer is highly water-repellent and windproof. The jacket's lining and ribbed cuffs and bottom help keep you warm in all kinds of winter weather; in fact, CWU stands for Cold Weather Uniform. On the outside, the jacket has 2 large clear pockets and a single sleeve pocket. Just like the original, the jacket has sewn-on Velcro for a name tag or unit patch.
