This N-1 Deck Jacket is a replica of the iconic coat developed for the U.S. Navy during World War II. The outer shell is made from 100% tightly woven cotton, while the lining consists of 95% polyester and 5% polyacrylic – a soft teddy lining that provides warmth and comfort. The jacket closes with a heavy-duty metal zipper and a protective button placket, with details including two angled pockets, elastic cuffs and an adjustable drawstring at the hem. The chest features the classic "U.S.N." print.

History
The N-1 jacket was introduced in the 1940s as a replacement for the peacoat, which no longer met the practical needs of sailors working in harsh sea conditions. The original model was lined with alpaca wool and made from "jungle cloth" – a heavyweight cotton fabric that protected against wind and moisture. With its double closure, ribbed cuffs and insulating lining, the N-1 quickly became one of the most valued garments in the U.S. Navy. After the war, it gained popularity among civilians and is now considered an icon of both workwear and military-inspired fashion.

Styling
