How do I return an order?

Regardless of whether you want to exchange or return, you must return the order within 30 days of receiving it. Once we have received your return order, we will refund the amount for the items we have received to the payment method you used when ordering within 5-10 business days.

We do not exchange the items for you; you must place the new order online yourself. It's up to you whether you want to order the new items immediately or wait until you have received the refund.

You can return the package on your own, but please be aware to send the package with tracking and delivery to our addresse. We do not pick up return packages at parcel shops, lockers, etc.
