When will I receive my refund?

Once you receive an email from our customer service confirming the processing of your return order, it usually takes 2-5 business days before you can see the refunded amount in your account.

Please note that with MasterCard and MobilePay associated with MasterCard, there may be a credit agreement, which means that the amount will only be available in the next billing period. Your card issuer/bank can provide more information about this.
