Have you received my return package?

We process all return packages as quickly as possible and have no interest in it taking longer than absolutely necessary.

Often, it takes 5-10 business days before we receive your return package from the carrier, and then it can take an additional 2-3 business days before it is processed in customer service. During particularly busy periods, it may take up to 7 business days for your package to be processed after receipt.
