When are the funds withdrawn from my account?

If you've chosen payment by credit/debit card, we will only charge your card on the day we dispatch your order from our warehouse. However, in most cases, the amount will be reserved on your card and may appear in your online banking as "Unavailable."

If you're using MobilePay, please note that the funds will be deducted from your account immediately, but we won't receive the payment until your order is dispatched from our warehouse.
