I cannot track my package?
If you have received a tracking number but do not see any movement on the package, please be aware that in most cases, you will only be able to see data on your package after the carrier has scanned it into their system - typically in the evening of the same day you received the tracking number.
NOTE: If you received your tracking number after 3:00 PM, it may be that the package will only be picked up and scanned by the carrier the next evening.
If there is no activity on your tracking number for two days, please contact customer service at service@army-star.eu.
