The order has been shipped but not received?

Normally, your order is delivered 1-2 business days after dispatch. You have received an email from us with a Track & Trace (tracking number), which you can use to track your package and find out where it is located. Please remember that it is a requirement that you have your name on your mailbox. If the package still does not arrive, we ask you to contact us at service@army-star.eu, where we can assist you further.
